This page sets out the terms and conditions and service agreement that apply when using the inf899 platform. Please read carefully before you start playing.

inf899 is a platform that provides online gaming services to users in Myanmar. By using this service, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms and conditions stated below. Please read these terms carefully before registering an account or starting to play.

The following terms in this document shall be understood as defined below.

Platform

Refers to inf899's website, mobile web application, or any digital channel through which services are provided.

User

Refers to anyone who has registered an account on the platform and uses its services.

Service

Refers to all activities provided by inf899, including gaming, payments, bonuses, customer support, and related operations.

Account

Refers to a personal digital account registered and created on the platform in order to access the services.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Age Restriction

Services are available to users aged 21+ only. Anyone younger may not use this platform for any reason. inf899 reserves the right to request age verification documents if needed.

One Account Per Person

Each user may only own one account at a time. If multiple accounts are found using the same registration details, IP address, payment method, or device, inf899 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts.

Registration Details

All information provided during account registration must be accurate and complete. Accounts opened with false information may be closed without prior notice, and any balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

Security Responsibilities

Users are responsible for keeping their login password confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account, and allowing third-party access is not permitted.

Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals at inf899 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. Payment services are subject to change and advance notice will be given.

Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit per transaction is 20,000 Ks. Deposits must meet or exceed this limit.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal per transaction is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

Withdrawal Processing Time

After a withdrawal request is received, it is normally processed within 10–45 minutes. However, delays may occur for various reasons, so please be patient.

Financial Verification

inf899 reserves the right to request a national ID or payment confirmation before processing a withdrawal, in order to ensure financial security and prevent unauthorized transfers. Withdrawals will only be processed after verification is complete.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors can receive a 100% first deposit bonus — up to 300,000 Ks. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times the bonus value before any withdrawal can be made.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 × 20 = 400,000 Ks.

Example 2: Deposit 620,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum), giving a balance of 920,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 300,000 × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus may have its own specific wagering requirements and expiry period.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirements are met — withdrawals are only available once the applicable requirements are fulfilled.
  • inf899 reserves the right to amend bonus terms at any time, and changes will be communicated in advance.
  • If any abuse of bonuses is detected, inf899 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Game Rules

Fair Play

Games on the inf899 platform use SSL encryption and secure technology to guarantee fair play.

Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, betting limits, and variations. Players must read and understand the rules of a game before playing.

Game Irregularities

All players must avoid exploiting software errors, internet connection issues, or bonus abuse as much as possible. If any irregularity occurs during a game, inf899 reserves the right to review the game activity and adjust the result accordingly.

Game Records and Winnings

The result of each game is accurately recorded by the platform system. Any disputes will be resolved by reference to those records.

VIP Levels

The inf899 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tier upgrades are based on your gaming history and activity.

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week

VIP cashback is not bonus money — it is generally withdrawable without wagering requirements, but is subject to inf899's VIP terms and conditions.

Section 7

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform without authorization:

  • Creating more than one account per person to claim multiple bonuses
  • Bonus abuse / bonus laundering — betting only with bonus funds and attempting to withdraw without meeting wagering requirements
  • Selling, renting, or transferring an account to a third party
  • Using bots or software tools to play
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain rewards
  • Attempting to inflate account balance through dishonest means

If any such serious violations are found, the account will be closed, winnings forfeited, and withdrawals denied.

Account Closure and Suspension

Closing Your Account Yourself

If a player wishes to close their own account, they can contact our customer support team 24/7 to request this. If there is a remaining balance at the time of the request, the account will be closed after it has been settled.

Closure by inf899

If inf899 finds evidence of a breach of these terms or involvement in fraudulent activity, inf899 reserves the right to close the account immediately without prior notice.

Section 9

Personal Data Protection

inf899 protects users' personal data using SSL encryption. Data will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party — except where required by law. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

The inf899 platform strives to provide the best possible gaming service, but is not liable in the following situations:

  • Inability to continue playing due to a technical fault or server issue
  • Payment delays caused by third-party payment system outages
  • Financial losses resulting from a player's own decisions
  • Issues arising from a third party accessing your account
